Finding and using data

Once you collect data you need to have ways to use it.

Organising your information in charts, displays, and as images is one way to use data.

Use your data from our pet survey to make a graph.

You can email your graph to your teacher from this website.

Saving files on a computer in folders is another example of organising data.

Make a spreadsheet in Excel then convert it to a chart. Include the names, ages, favourite colour, fruit, sport and how you get to school for each of your classmates. Save your file and add it to your class folder.

Then click here to help Mary organise her photos.
